Our goal is to redefine the law firm experience for creatives.

We believe the creative community is underserved by the legal industry; Our Managing Director, Josiah Hass, experienced this first hand when he met his wife years ago - @cunninghamkatie is a full time wedding photographer and the two eventually realized how little photographers and creatives in general knew about the need for custom legal services.

We have worked with many types of creatives the last 7+ years and know the unique challenges you face.

We offer business formation and set up, contract drafting and review, dispute resolution + negotiations, and more, tailored to working with creatives.

WHAT MAKES THE CREATIVE EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT WITH US:

• Our Managing Director, Josiah Hass, is married to a creative and represents her business every day. Josiah lives, eats, breathes, all the many challenges you face.

• We offer flat fee services for creatives on certain projects - this is a set fee amount per project so you can know what to expect and do not have to worry about how many times you call or email.

• We have experience representing photographers, videographers, florists, event planners, wedding planners, caterers and bar tenders, speciality rental providers, influencers, and more.
